This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
The Employee KPA Definition screen allows the user to define the KPAs the employees will be rated on. One option exists to access the Employee KPA Definition screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Employee KPA Definitions
The KPA definitions that was added will reflect on the history grid.

Note!
Once the evaluations have been sent out, no changes can be applied by the employee or the manager to the KPA’s and KPI’s.
