How do I create a workflow role?

Workflow roles may be created and used to accommodate exceptions in workflow paths.

A workflow role is created by selecting "+ Workflow Role" button on the Workflow Roles screen. 

      Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > Drop Down Management > Workflow Roles
