How do I configure the system to prevent employee's from exceeding a specified balance when accruing leave?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.

To set a limit on the maximum number of days a leave bucket can store, insert the number of days in the "do not allow total balance to exceed the following amount:" advanced option when editing the affected leave scheme parameter. Once reached, the leave balance will be capped.

      Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters > advanced Options

      

Note!

      When the number of days are inserted in the above parameter, leave adjustments will not affect the leave balance should the employees balance reach the cap.
