How do I configure the system so that leave is encashed to a specified component upon termination?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions

By default, leave is encashed to the Leave Pay component. A different component can be specified on the following option under the advanced options section of the affected Leave Type.

      Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters > advanced options

      

Important

If leave is encashed to a Leave Pay or Leave Provision component, it will automatically create a leave application. This will reduce the employee's leave balance accordingly.

      Navigate > Employee > Leave > Leave Application > History
