How do I configure an employee Exit Interview questionnaire?

Make use of the following steps to create a unique Exit Interview questionnaire.

Step 1:  Create and configure the Exit Interview questionnaire on company level.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Template Definition

      

      

Note! Multiple sections with various questions and allow the employee to provide either comments and feedback or have them select predefined answers from a preferred dropdown list can be configured.


      

Step 2: As soon as you are ready to release the survey, the employee will receive an email notification, alerting them that they can log onto ESS (Employee Self Service) to complete their questionnaire.

      

Step 3: The employee can start the process by accessing the Exit evaluation from the ESS inbox.

      
The employee will be prompted with all the necessary questions and options while navigating through the questionnaire.

Step 4: As soon as the employee has completed the survey, HR will be able to draw detailed reports from the employees’ responses, which puts you in a position to follow up effectively and to have honest and detailed insight on employees’ experience in the workplace.

       Navigate > Employee > Performance > Performance History

      

      
      

      

This feedback can help employers identify areas where policies and practices need improvement, allowing them to better support their staff and create a healthier work environment.
