How do I configure a claim workflow path?
The system only allows one workflow path to be created for all claim components configured, based on workflow role, region or security role, for which all claims will follow accordingly.
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
Step 1: Configure the Claim Component Settings screen.

Note!
If the next approver is not linked to a security role (as in the above screenshot), the can be linked to a workflow role and the workflow configuration can be adjusted accordingly.
