How do I capture a retired employee record?

If an employee is retired, their employee profile has to be terminated and reinstated starting a new record. Thereafter, enable the "Is this employee retired?:" checkbox under the Employee Details tab on the Basic Profile screen.

      Navigate > On / Off Boarding > Terminate

      

      Navigate > On / Off Boarding > Reinstate

      

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Employee Details
