How do I access a company's billing and payment transaction history?
A company's billing and payment transaction history can be viewed on the Invoice and Receipts screen.
Transaction history will display for every month the company has been registered on the system. All fees payable for companies and frequencies registered on a profile will reflect in one invoice.
Navigate > Configuration > Financial > Financial > Invoice and Receipts
Important! If any discrepancies are found on your receipts or invoices, contact finance@payspace.com for further assistance.
