How can I configure a claims workflow to ensure that claims are approved by the managers of the relevant projects?

This feature is available on Premier and Master edition
Step 1: Enable the setting below to display the Project dropdown on the employee Claims screen.

Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Claims Settings



Step 2: Confirm that every project has an assigned Key Accounts Manager.

Navigate > Config > Payroll > Costing > Project Costing



Step 3: On the Workflow Configuration screen, select the "On approval, send to" option as Project Manager.
This will route the claim item to the Key Accounts Manager assigned to the Project.

Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Workflow Configuration
