Ethiopia: Why are employees not populating on the Income Tax Report and/or Pension Fund/Social Security Report

Ensure that the employees are linked to a State on the Tax Certificates/Historical Drill Down Screen (Employee > Payroll Results > Tax Certificates/Historical Drill Down).

Assuming the employee should be populating on the report, the employee would populate based on what State was chosen on the report parameters.
