Egypt | How to exempt Directors from social security contributions

Within Egypt the option to exempt Directors of a company from the standard social security can be applied by highlighting a Director status.

Navigate to Employee > Tax Profile

Ensure the employee record tax status field is set to Directors from the drop down options provided.

      

Once selected navigate to Employee > Basic Profile      

Select the Yes option for Directors registered with Social Insurance system.

      

The Social Security components will convert to the Directors Social Insurance contributions on payslips for the employee record.
