EEA4 Reporting Logic | Lowest Level Explained
The EEA4 Report and EEA4 Detail Report can be extracted from the system.
The purpose of the EEA4 Report is to collect information for the assessment of the remuneration gap between the highest paid and lowest paid employees, by comparing race and gender across the various occupational levels.
The above logic has been applied to have the reports return data for the lowest occupational level automatically.
In the example if the company has no employees attached to the occupational level Unskilled - the report will return 0 values for the section on both the EEA2 and EEA4 reports, and will reference the employee with the lowest values based on the equity setup for the next available occupational level.
As no employee records have been attached to the unskilled level, the report will return the values of the next level, which for the company, wound be the lowest level of equity reporting.
