Can employee payslip values be uploaded across multiple frequencies via the Bulk Actions screen?

Yes. Employee payslip values can be uploaded across multiple frequencies within the company.

A new feature has been released that allows payslip values to be imported for employees across multiple frequencies. The new Bulk Actions Action Type is available from the Action Type drop-down menu.

      Navigate > Bulk Actions

Step 1: Select the Screen Type as Employee and the Action Type as Payslips Across Frequencies.

Step 2: Download the MS Excel Template

Step 3: Complete the MS Excel Template Sheet and upload it to Bulk Actions.

Note!

  • With this new Bulk Actions option, users do not have to upload multiple sheets when doing payslip bulk inputs and can import one spreadsheet for employees across multiple frequencies.
  • You will receive a file error if there are multiple open runs with the same description in the same frequency.
  • The frequency will be obtained from the employee numbers specified in the sheet.
  • The user will have to specify the Component Code configured on the General Ledger Parameter screen.
