Can a company's tax authority be changed?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

A company's tax authority is set up on the Company Details tab on the Basic Company Information screen. (Important! this field is only editable during a company's implementation).

      Navigate > Configuration > + Company > Basic Company Information > Company Details

      

The Tax Authority cannot be changed thereafter. The incorrect company has to made inactive and will need to be recreated.

Contact finance@payspace.com to make a company inactive.
