Run Errors
About
Run errors are conditions that need to be fulfilled before a run will close, either automatically or manually, for example a payslip record displaying a negative net pay.
Edition
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
Accessing Run Errors
You can access run errors from the Title Bar from the Landing Page. The icon will only reflect if there are run errors on the payroll.

Note! To navigate to the employees profile where the run error occurred click on the run error.

Run Error E-mail Notification Activation
An e-mail notification can be activated from the Reminder Contact Details Screen. Once activated, reminders will be sent daily if the company has encountered any run errors for Open Runs.
Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Reminder Contact Details
