Zimbabwe: NSSA issues notice to pensioners, employer and suppliers

The Zimbabwe National Social Security Authority is in the process of changings its systems to allow for the new currency (announced by Governor of the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe on 5 April 2024).
 
The following must be noted:
  1. The April pension pay date has been moved from 12 April to 17 April 2024.
  2. The NSSA self service portal has been temporarily shut down to stop ZWL payments from being processed.
  3. Supplier invoices which were to be settled in ZWL will be delayed until the banks have finalised on currency conversion (expected to be complete by 17 April 2024).
