Zimbabwe: ITF 16 Legislative Report excluding employees

If an employee is excluded from the ITF16 report review the employee's effective date on the payrate screen.

Employee > Payroll Processing > Pay Rate Details

            

            

Payspace selects the maximum effective date from payrates where the effective date is less or equal to the period end date/s.

For example if the report selection is for 2021 but the payrate date is 2022 the employee will be excluded. 

When the employee's effective date is after the year of the report but the employee does have an effective date that is less or equal to the period end dates in 2021 it will populate on the report.
