Zambia | How to exclude an employee from Personal Levy

The Personal Levy Exemption component has to be created on company level before it can be added to an employee's Recurring Payroll Components screens.

Step 1: Create the Personal Levy Exemption component on company level.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components

Step 2: Add the Personal Levy Exemption component on the Notes section of an employee's Recurring Payroll Components screens.

Step 3 : Advis 1 on the component to apply the exemption
