Workforce Planning | Where can I create budget periods?
Budget periods need to be defined by specifying the start and end dates of a typical fiscal year or budget period. Forecasts will eventually be archived in these budget periods, which allows you to run reports to compare the budgeted forecast cost with the actual costs generated by payroll.
Navigate to Configuration > Human Resources > Workforce Planning > Budget Period Process
