Why would the Inbox Management screen display an unpredictable error?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

The Inbox Management screen will display an unpredictable error if the employee does not have a code captured on their Basic Profile screen.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Addresses
