Why is the system is applying the incorrect exchange rate?

This feature is available on all editions.

If the system is applying the incorrect exchange rate, ensure that the Currency Exchange Rates screen is updated accordingly.

      Navigate > Configuration > Financial > Financial > Currency Exchange Rates

      

Important! The system uses a run's  pay date on the Payslip Pay Dates screen and the exchange rate date from the Currency Exchange Rates screen to apply the correct exchange rate.
