Why is the Live CSV File not available for download?
If the Live CSV File is not available for download on the history grid after you have selected "Save and Retrieve", it could be delayed due to a large volume of tax files being exported for the Annul Tax submission. The file size may also contribute to the delay.
Note! this also applies when generating the Test CSV File.
Navigate > Reports > Tax Certificate Run
Refresh the Tax Certificate Run screen under Reports to check if the file becomes available.
Alternatively, select "view file creation progress".
If it still hasn't been generated after several attempts, contact support@payspace.com.
