Why is the API User only able to export data and not import?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

The Security Role that the API User is linked to will determine if the user can import and/or export data.

Navigate > Config > Security > Security Roles

If Security Permissions are set to read-only, the API User will only be able to export data under those permissions, but will not be able to import data.

Even if the API Credential is configured for "Full Access", the Security Permissions will take precedence.
