Why is an employee's loan interest rate not displayed on the Loans report?
This applies to all PaySpace editions.
An employee's loan interest rate will not display on the Loans report if the "Package" field on their Pay Rate Details screen is 0.00 and if no components are processed on the Edit Payslip screen (i.e. a blank payslip).
Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Pay Rate Details
Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Edit Payslip
