Why is an employee's IRP5 blank when they have a tax record?

This applies to all PaySpace editions.

An IRP5 will return blank if the affected employee's effective date on the Pay Rate Details screen is later than their employment date.  To resolve this issue, make sure that the effective date on the Pay Rate Details screen is the same as the employment date on the Tax Profile screen.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Tax Profile > Employment

      

      Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Pay Rate Details

      

If changing the effective date on the Pay Rate Details screen results in an error (i.e. the Pay Rate effective date falls before the employee's engagement date, contact the Support department at support@payspace.com for further assistance.
