Why is a component added on the Recurring Payroll Components screen not reflecting on the payslip?

This applies to all PaySpace editions.

If a component is added to an employee's Recurring Payroll Components screen but is not reflected on their payslip, it may be that the component can only be enabled during a certain period.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Payroll Components > extra options
