Why does the system restrict an MSS user's access to their subordinate's dashboard only?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions

This could be a result of the MSS user previously being classified as a company level user with org unit permissions defined.

To verify and correct.

Change the MSS user type from Employee to Company.

Navigate > Config > Security > Security > User Profiles


Remove any User Org, Unit Permissions updated for active and inactive units and Save.

      
Navigate > Config > Security > Security > User Org. Unit Permissions

      

Then change the MSS user type from Company level back to Employee level.
