Why does the expiry month on an employee's Leave Balance screen differ from the Leave Scheme Parameters screen?
This applies to all PaySpace editions.
If the setup on the Leave Scheme Parameters screen is set to forfeit after every six months starting from January, it will work as follows:
The 1st cycle will run from January to June.
The 2nd cycle will run from July to December.
For the leave to forfeit at the end of December, the six months will need to be changed to twelve months.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters
