Why does a vacant job have a name and employee number linked to it?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master edition
This behaviour is a system design of the Workforce Planning module. If a job was previously linked to an employee and becomes vacant, that Job will show the first name and employee number of the employee who filled it before. Only vacancies that have never been linked to an employee with show "Vacant" under the name column.
