Why does a company level user receive an Access Denied screen when accessing a new employee record?
A company level user may be unable to view a new employee's record because they do not have access to the organisation unit that the employee is linked to.
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Position
Navigate > Security > Security > User Org Unit Permissions
Alternatively, it may be that the employee record was somehow created without being linked to a frequency. If so, please contact support@payspace.com for further assistance.
