Why does a company level user encounter an Access Denied screen when trying to access a new employee record?

A company level user may be unable to view a new employee's record because they do not have access to the Organisation Unit/Region that the employee is linked to.

Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Position

avigate > Config > Security > Security > User Org. Unit Permissions

Click on the "allocate access" button to view the user's Organisation Unit/Region restrictions.




In addition, a company level user may be unable to view a new employee's record because the user has User Org. Unit Permission restrictions, and the employee does not have a position record captured.
