Why do I receive the error: "No sections have been setup for this evaluation, please contact your HR manager." when accessing an employee's performance evaluation?

This applies to the Premier and Master payroll edition.

The error "No sections have been setup for this evaluation, please contact your HR manager" will display if no template sections have been created for the related performance evaluation.


To resolve the error, template sections need to be configured for the affected performance evaluation.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Template Definition

Step 1: Select the relevant template that you need to add template sections to.

Step 2: Select the Template Sections/Questions tab.

Step 3: Select the "click here" option to add Template Sections/Questions

Step 4: Complete the Section/Question Details tab and save your changes.


Note! Each section needs to add up to 100%.

The added Template Section/Question will then be displayed.
