Why did the Statistics SA headcount change if there was no movement of employees?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

If an employee's Pay Rate Effective Date is modified on an existing record, the employee will be excluded from periods prior to the updated Pay Rate Effective Date.

To correct the headcount, the original Effective Date of the existing Pay Rate should be restored. A new Pay Rate should then be added.
