Why are the company's organisation units not visible on the Organisation Hierarchy Units screen?
When the "Show org unit search option on org unit structure setup", company setting is enabled, the tree-view of the org units will not display. By default, the Organisation Hierarchy Units screen will display how many units are captured and allow the user search for organisation units per unit level.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Organisation Hierarchy Units
The tree view of the entire company's organisation structure will display if you select the lowest unit level:
Disable the company setting, in order for a tree-view of the organisation structure to automatically display on the Organisation Hierarchy Units screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Org and Position Settings > Position Settings
