Why are MSS users unable to access their subordinates' Classic screens via Team Access?

Why are MSS users unable to access their subordinates' Classic screens via Team Access?

The following error message will display when MSS users view any of their subordinates' Classic embedded screens.

      

      

Managers will not be able to access any of their subordinates Classic screens because the user interface did not have the Manager Self Service feature built in. They will only have access to screens that are converted to the NextGen user interface.
