Why are employees Pension Enrolment Statuses showing as 'AE not configured'?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions

If there is no pension fund set as the default, employees Enrolment Statuses will reflect as AE not configured.

Navigate > Employee > Payroll Processing > Pension

To set a Pension Fund as the default, follow the below steps:

Navigate > Interface Portal > Pension > Manage Pension Funds

Step 1: Select to edit the Pension Fund by clicking on the pencil icon.

Step 2: Select the 'Set as default' checkbox and save the changes.
