Why am I receiving the error: "Date inserted cannot be before the current tax year start date" when adding a weekly or fortnighly frequency?
This
feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
The error "Date inserted cannot be inserted before the current tax year start date" will display if the selected date in the "Start Date" field is before the current tax year start date.
Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies
To resolve the error, ensure that the date inserted in the "Start date" field falls on or after the date in the "Tax year start date" field.
