The following error will appear when an inactive date is entered for a project that is still linked to an employee without a specified end date.
Extract the Dynamic Employee Details Report with Project fields included to identify the employees are linked to the affected project.
Navigate > Employee > Costing > Project Details
Insert an End Date and click on Save.
After specifying an End Date on employee level, the Inactive Date can be entered for the Project on company level.
Important
An End Date must be entered for the project on employee level for terminated employees. If a terminated employee does not have a project End Date, they will still be treated as a dependency on the project.
