The Performance Journal report can be extracted to view a consolidated list of records captured on employees’ Performance Journal screen

      Navigate > Reports > Reports > NextGen > Performance Management > Performance Journal

      

Alternatively, the Performance Journal report can be extracted on the employees Performance Journal screen.

      Navigate > Employee > Performance > Performance Journal

      

Important

1. The Performance Journal Report button will only appear on an employee’s profile if they have at least one performance journal entry.
2. The report includes only the performance journal records that were created for the selected employee if extracted on the employees Performance Journal screen.
