Where do I capture an employees Tax Regime?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
An employees Tax Regime is captured on the Tax Profile screen under the Tax Details tab.
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Tax Profile
- England & Northern Ireland – If the tax regime England & Northern Ireland is selected, the employee will be taxed using the English and Northern Irish tax tables.
- Scotland – If the tax regime Scotland is selected, the employees tax code will begin with an “S” and the employee will be taxed using the Scottish tax tables.
- Wales (Cymru) – If the tax regime Wales is selected, the employees tax code will begin with a “C” and the employee will be taxed using the Welsh tax tables.
