What should I do if a user receives a "You have insufficient leave available" error when submitting a leave application, but there is a sufficient leave balance?

This applies to all PaySpace editions.
If a user receives a "You have insufficient leave available" error message when submitting a leave application but has sufficient leave, it may be a result of other applications in History grid that are in a "Waiting" status. Edit and update the applications' status to "Approved", before proceeding to submit a new leave application.
Navigate > Employee > Leave > Application
Additionally, check that if the leave parameter is allowed to go negative, there is no "-" sign in the field.
