What is the process for granting access for employees to view attachments?
Employees can be granted access to view attachments on the ESS (Employee Self Service) security role.
Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Roles
Select Add/Edit/View Permissions for the ESS security role.
Select the Employee
branch menu.
Ensure that the Attachments permission reflects as "Read Only" and the Delete Link in Attachments Grid permission reflects as "Deny".
