Togo - New Annual Tax Rates
Finance Law, Fiscal Year 2023 (Loi N°2022-022) was signed on 27 December 2022.
This Finance Law amends article 74 of the General Tax Code (CGI).
According to article 2, this Finance Law applies to personal income tax due for the year 2022 and subsequent years.
