About

The Landing Page displays once you have accessed a company.  The Landing Page consists of a Title Bar, Top Menu, Location Menu, Left Menu and the Company Dashboard.

Title Bar Fields

Select the Logo to navigate back to the landing page


Select the Hamburger Menu to switch between an expanded or collapsed Left Menu. The Left Menu will still be visible when hovering over it.


Select this option to search the Employee directory. By default, this will include all active employees within a group of companies. An employee can be searched for by name, surname or employee code. Searching an employee via the Employee Directory will direct you to the employees public profile.

Note! The employee search feature have been enhanced at the top left of the application to include the ability to search for menu items as well

The date and time you last accessed the system will display beneath your name when you select your initials at the Top Left hand corner of the Landing Page


You can change the Company you are in and search for a different company within the group by accessing the Company icon

Once you have selected the above icon the Company Search bar will open:


You can change the employee or search for an employee within the company by selecting the employee icon.

Once you have selected the employee icon the Employee Search bar will open:


This icon displays when the Bulk Actions Top Menu has been selected. Select this icon to view a history of Bulk Actions processed, including errors that were encountered. The MS Excel Template that was uploaded can be accessed from this screen.


An Audit trail can be selected from each screen where this icon displays. It will reflect details regarding changes made to the selected screen.


Run Errors are conditions that needs to be fulfilled before a run will close, either automatically or manually. Select this option to view the run errors.


The initial icon on the screen allows you to select various options.


Once you have selected the initials the below menu options will display.


Switch to ESS:
Should a Company Level User have the same e-mail address specified for the User profile as well as the ESS profile, this option will be available to navigate to the ESS portal.

This menu option also gives you access to PaySpace Wisdom which provides access to our Knowledge Base, and Support tickets, which allows you to log a Support ticket directly from the system.

Ideas Portal:
The Ideas Portal gives you the option to log an idea for a new feature or system enhancement that will improve your PaySpace Product experience.


Settings:
  1. Region: Select the language and format which will affect the language and date format on the system. The time zone selected, will be used when audit trail activities are recorded.
  2. Banner: The banner uploaded here, will be visible on your ESS Dashboard.
  3. MFA: As an optional, you can activate Multi-Factor Authentication.

Sign Out:
Select the sign out option to exit the system.

The Left Menu

Upon accessing the system, the Left Menu will be blank.

The Company Dashboard

The Company Dashboard provides real time payroll information, for example, the top ten payroll variances, active employees not paid, employment movement highlighting engagements and terminations across a three-month period, trend analysis on staff turnover, to name a few.  From any screen on the system, select the PaySpace logo from the Title Bar to navigate to the Company Dashboard.
