Classic | The Employee Position Screen
The Employee Position Screen stores information pertaining to the employee’s position. This includes the employee’s organisation unit, the person they report to directly and occupational level, to name a few. A full history is available on the historical positions held by an employee at the bottom of the Employee Position Screen.

NextGen or Classic
The Classic version is the name given to the previous look and feel of the system. Important to note, both NextGen and Classic point to the same database. No data migration is therefore applicable.
