South Africa | How Can I Check Which Employees Have Manual Certificates

The Non-Financial Report can be used to identify employees who possess manual certificates. You can access this report on the Tax Certificate Run screen.

Navigation to Report:
Reports> Tax Certificate Run> Tax Year End Process

On the drop down option "What would you like to do", select the retrieve files and reports for August/February, this will depend on the reporting period you would like to check for manual certificates.

      

On the Reports section, execute the Non Financial Report as shown below:
      

Once you have executed and opened the report, look for the field "Manual Certificate Number" as shown below. A manual certificate number will return on this field for employees who have a manual certificate.
