South Africa | Employees Missing From The UIF Report

This applies to all PaySpace editions.

If an employee has UIF Income and UIF contributions have populated on the payslip, ensure that UIF Exemption Reason has been selected. If UIF should calculate then the Exemption Reason would be "None". If no Reason is selected, then the employee will, by default, be excluded from the UIF Report.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Exemptions and Other
