Senegal | How to Exempt a Company from CFCE Contributions
Within Senegal companies may be exempted from CFCE contributions if certain criteria are met.
Exemption reasons criteria include the below.
- Created a minimum of 50 additional stable jobs over a 3 year period.
- Export Corporations
- Granted with the code des investments regime de l'apix (Loi 2002-06 par la Loi 2012-32 du 31 Decembre 2012)
- Mining, oil and gas companies
- Public and parapublic organisations
To activate the exemption option for the above list of reasons navigate to
Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > Basic Company Information
Select the Statutory fields Tab.
Select the applicable option from the dropdown list provided and select Update.
