Security | User Profiles for ESS/Company/Business Partners

Overview


A Business Partner/Company Level User can use the same e-mail address to login to both their ESS and Admin profile, or opt to keep the profiles separate by using separate e-mail addresses.

User with a different e-mail address for ESS and Business Partner/Company User profile.

The employee record will need to have a different e-mail address loaded on their Basic Profile Screen compared to the e-mail address that they use to process payroll information.

User with the same e-mail address for ESS and Business Partner/Company User profile.

The user must first register for ESS before their Business Partner/Company Level User is created.

Step 1: Navigate to www.payspace.com and click on the "User Login" button.


      
Step 2: Click on the "Need an account? "Register" hyperlink under the Employee Self Service section on the login screen & follow the prompts.



Step 3: Once registered for ESS, click on the  ESS registered e-mail under the Employee User List filter on the User Profile Screen.



Step 4: Change the "User Type" to Business Partner/Company.


      
The user will now be able to access their ESS and Business Partner/Company Level profile using the same e-mail address.

When the user logs into PaySpace, they will have the option to switch between their ESS and Admin access when they click on their user's initials/photo in the top right corner.



Note!

Should the user require access to edit their own employee profile, the below setting needs to be activated.

Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security Settings
