Overview
Further to company and frequency access defined on the User Profiles Screen, the User Org. Unit Permission Screen allows you to specify which employees a user will have access to on Organisation Hierarchy Unit or Region level.

Details
Only Company Level Users will reflect on the grid. If a user cannot access an employee record and all the units/regions have been selected, the employee record in question might not be linked a position. If none of the organisational units or regions are selected, the user, by default, will have access to all employees.

To check which Organisation Hierarchy Units the user is linked to, select the user from the User Org Unit Permissions Screen. The User Org. Unit Permissions Screen will then display the Organisation Hierarchy Units and the Organisation Regions.
Important!
1. If a user is linked to Organisation Hierarchy Units or Organisation Regions, the users' access will be restricted to employees linked to those Organisation Hierarchy Units or Organisation Regions.
2. Should the user be linked to Organisation Hierarchy Units or Organisation Regions and an employee not being linked to a Position record on employee level, the user will receive the "access denied" error upon accessing the employees profile.
